About
Sveltics is a living catalog of natural remedies and everyday routines people say they are using.
What this is
Each page describes a practice the way people talk about it: what they do, where they say the idea comes from, and what they mention as worth thinking about first. It is a record of those routines. It is not a clinic, a study, or a recommendation.
How a remedy is added
Remedies are gathered from public communities or sent in by readers, then read before they go on the site. When a published source has a real title and URL, it is listed on the remedy page, with its date when we have one. We do not invent citations.
Ranks, tried, and saved
Every remedy starts at zero. If you rank a remedy, mark it as tried, or save it, that choice stays in this browser only. It is not sent to Sveltics, and it does not change the order anyone else sees. While those counts are tied, newer additions are listed first.
